Thus, the wealth remains in the hands of few and the working class keeps on struggling for financial benefits. A change is needed in the society so that equal opportunities of achieving success are created for all the members of the society. The working class and the elite groups are both reliant on each other and one cannot function properly without the other one. This can be understood as the upper class invests and it is the working cla ss that works to reap the investment and provide for profits. When the functioning of both the classes runs hand in hand, the success should also be equally shared rather than the bounties only being granted to the upper class. The maximum share of the benefits is only gained by the elite class and thus they keep on becoming richer and this leads to an increase in the gap between the rich and the poor.
